§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection whether he will state which of the matters referred to in Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 10 to the Scotland Bill are presently his responsibility.
§ Mr. HattersleyNo matters in Part I of Schedule 10 are directly my responsibility but Group 25—civil law matters—touches upon matters for which I have responsibility.
Among the matters listed in Part II of Schedule 10, I am wholly or partly responsible for safety standards of goods; restrictive trade practices and monopolies; regulation of credit; regulation of charges and prices.
Certain enactments relating to these matters are listed in Part III of Schedule 10.
