§ Mr. HoramThis is a local authority scheme for which Staffordshire County Council is responsible. Although an Eastern bypass of Uttoxeter is referred to in the latest transport policies and programme submitted by the county, it is regarded as a long-term project, outside the current five-year programme, and no costs are available to me.
