§ Mr. JohnSeventy per cent. for prisoners and trainees entering public examinations, and 77 per cent. for prisoners entering Open University examinations. In 1977 the Open University scheme covered 20 establishments and 128 prisoners were enrolled in it at the beginning of the year.
