§ Mr. Formanasked the Secretary of State for Energy if parliamentary 942W approval for compensation to the Central Electricity Generating Board for the early ordering of Drax B power station will be included in the Bill foreshadowed in the Queen's Speech on the reorganisation of the electricity supply industry, or be sought in a separate piece of legislation specifically designed for the purpose.
