§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when she intends to seek to amend Schedule 2 to the Local Government Act 1974 to enable the pooling between local education authorities of Crombie payments and Burnham safeguarding payments to redundant teacher training staff.
