HC Deb 24 November 1977 vol 939 c904W
Rev. Ian Paisley

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what progress has been made in the plans to repair Ballycastle Harbour.

Mr. Concannon

I am not aware of any plans to carry out repairs to Bally-castle Harbour. Moyle District Council, which is responsible for the harbour, is at present reconsidering proposals which it put forward for a major redevelopment of the harbour, but which the Government were unable to support in their original form because of the high cost involved.
