§ 25. Mr. John H. Osbornasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has now established a scale 871W of charges for the Braille transcription services which Aylesbury and Wakefield Prisons offer to schools at rates which local education authorities can afford.
§ Mr. JohnFrom 1st January 1978 a charge of £3.75 per volume or 5.5p per sheet, to be reviewed annually, will be made by Aylesbury and Wakefield Prisons for each braille transcription.
