§ Mr. LuardIn accordance with longstanding practice photographs of Ministers in the Government are made available to posts overseas primarily for use by the media and libraries. 1,490 photographic prints and transparencies of my right hon. Friend, costing £440.55, have been supplied for this purpose to posts in 87 countries. I am not able to say how many have actually been distributed and to whom.
