§ Mrs. HartThis is an agreed annual fee for services to the Ministry of Overseas Development, including advice to cooperatives in developing countries, help with recruitment of British experts for overseas service under the aid programme, and the provision of library and other facilities for overseas visitors, British experts on leave from overseas assignments and ODM advisers. £3,000 was paid in the financial year 1976–77. My officials are in frequent and close touch with the foundation about its programme of activities.
