§ Mr. Dykesasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will publish a list of all bodies to which he appoints members other than civil servants, distinguishing between full-time and part-time, salaried, fee-paid and unpaid appointments, indicating for each category of appointment the number of such appointees.

The membership of these bodies may vary from time to time both in numbers and division between full and part-time appointments, to meet changing circumstances.
In addition, I have also made the following appointments to departmental advisory committees:
