§ 55. Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in the interests of conservation and of the environment generally, he will permit lower density levels for minor housing schemes in villages and small towns.
§ Mr. ArmstrongIt is not practicable to prescribe density levels of general application. Each scheme must be assessed in the light of local circumstances.
