§ Mr. MillanI have brought the recent expressions of public concern on this subject to the attention of the Scottish 753W Law Commission. The Commission advises me that it is considering, as a matter of priority, the collection and enforcement of alimentary debt and hopes to publish a consultative paper during the first half of 1978.
