§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give an assurance that the report of the inspector conducting the Windscale public inquiry will be published without delay on completion; and that no decision be made prior to such publication.
§ Mr. ShoreThe normal practice is for the inspector's report to be made public at the same time as the decision on the planning application. I do not at present see any reason to depart from that practice.
