§ Mr. Clinton DavisI am currently considering whether the experimental dispersal of the Mole Valley route should be continued. Since I agree with the advice of the Noise Advisory Council that the balance of advantage lies in maintaining a stabilised route structure based on minimum noise routes, no other consideration is being given to route dispersal.
