§ Mr. HoramNo written representations have been made to my right hon. Friend about the route of the proposed Sutton-in-Ashfield Bypass. This is a principal road proposal for which the Nottinghamshire County Council is the highway authority. It has included it in the base programme of its latest TPP submission at an estimated total cost of £4.4 million based on November 1976 prices, with the start of works forecast for the financial year 1982–83.
