§ Mr. Denzil DaviesEstimates of the public sector borrowing requirements are not available for the years prior to 1963. The table below shows the information for the period 1963 to 1976. Any differences between movements in the figures on a per household, and aper capita, basis will reflect changes in both the composition of households and the relative size of the non-household (institutional) population.
