§ Mr. Guy BarnettMy right hon. Friend has made one such order. It was to set up a joint board for the Dock-lands area at the request of the Greater London Council and, the London Boroughs of Greenwich, Lewisham, Newham, Southwark and Tower Hamlets. He has received no other requests for a joint board.
