§ Mr. Dykesasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will publish a list of all bodies to which he appoints members other than civil servants, distinguishng between full-time and part-time, salaried, fee paid and unpaid appointments, indicating for each category of appointment the number of such appointees.
§ Mr. LeverI refer the hon. Member to my answer to him on the 27th July 1977—[Vol. 936, c. 211.] I appoint some 3,000 persons to magisterial duties and eight to governing bodies of universities and schools. All these appointments are unpaid and part-time.
