§ Mr. Joel BarnettExpenditure measures designed to assist the construction industry in 1977–78 were announced by the Chancellor on 29th March and 411W 15th July, and by the Minister for Housing and Construction and the Secretaries of State for Wales and Scotland on 2nd May, 20th June and 30th June respectively.
