§ Mr. JohnMy right hon. Friend has already asked the Williams Committee on Obscenity and Film Censorship to examine the law in this field. Its enforcement in the meantime is in London a matter within the operational responsibility of the Comissioner or, in relation to cinema licensing, of the Greater London Council.
