§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Employment how many cases were heard by industrial tribunals during the first six months of 1977, and during the same months during each of the past five years for which records are available; how many and what percentage were claimed for redundancy or for unfair dismissal or for other rights, respectively; how many and what percentage were appealed against prohibition and improvement notices, respectively; and how many and what percentage in each category were successful.
§ Mr. Harold Walker, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 26th October 1977; Vol. 936, c. 884], gave the following information
is expected that the first major analysis from the survey will be published by mid-1978, though some initial analyses will be included in forthcoming reports by the MSC and by NEDO.
