Mr. William Rodgers

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Leicester, East (Mr. Bradley) on Friday 4th November.—[Vol. 938, c.8–10] Certain minor amendments to the tachograph regulation, No. 1463/70, were also adopted by the Council, but these do not in any way affect the current United Kingdom difficulties with this regulation.
