Mr. Nicholas Winterton

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the relative importance he attaches to the views of the so-called front-line Presidents relating to a Rhodesian settlement, and, in particular, the Anglo-American proposals for a Rhodesian settlement.
