§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he has made any estimate of the fall in loan charges payable by Welsh local authorities which will result from the fall in interest rates;
(2) what would have been the financial saving on loan charges for each Welsh local authority in the financial year ended 31st March 1976 if present interest rates had applied.
