§ Mr. TomlinsonWe have agreed with the Sri Lanka Government three major projects, in the fields of irrigation, transport and rural development, which will involve expenditure of £9.6 million over the next few years, and £3 million for the purchase of spare parts for British vehicles and equipment. I have furthermore offered to send an aid mission to Sri Lanka later this month.
