§ Lord WELLS-PESTELLProvision of hospital services in the Chelmsford district is the responsibility of the Essex Area Health Authority and the North East Thames Regional Health Authority. The Regional Health Authority are planning to start Phase 1 of the redevelopment of Broomfield Hospital in 1980.
