§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Industry what proposals the Government have for sales to the private sector of Government factories built and 278W owned by the English Industrial Estates Corporation, the Scottish Development Agency and the Welsh Development Agency, respectively.
§ Mr. Cryer:The Government and the development agencies are always ready to consider leasehold sales of Government factories to intending or existing occupiers.
