§ Mr. Orme:No, Sir. The proposed bonus, which the Government are pleased to introduce, is part of the package of measures announced by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer and, since the money available is limited, a bonus of £10, costing a total of £100 million, is considered to be fair.
