Mr. Peter Bottomley

asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish in the Official Reportthe proportion of men and women, respectively, excluding those over retirement age, working between eight and 16 hours per week who have worked less than five years for the same employer and therefore do not qualify for individual rights under the Employment Protection Act.
