§ 27. Mr. Formanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the progress made in the Nuclear Suppliers' Group over recent months.
§ Mr. Luard:The Nuclear Suppliers Group met under our chairmanship in London on 20th and 21st of September and made considerable progress in finalising its guidelines and other documents. These are to be made available shortly to the International Atomic Energy Agency for circulation to all member Governments.
