asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he is satisfied with the system for issuing entry certificates at British High Commissions in India and Pakistan.

Mr. Luard:

I am generally satisfied, but the system is under continuous review, and recent proposals for changes in the system are at present being examined.
