§ Mr. Wallasked the Minister of Overseas Development what economic developments are planned for the Falkland Islands.
§ Mrs. Hart:I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Surbiton (Sir N. Fisher) on 13th June. Since that date, a fiscal adviser provided by my Department has reported on ways on which the economy might expand and his report is being studied by 105W the Falkland Islands Government. An adviser on sheepskin processing is also visiting the islands, and a team for the study of internal communications is leaving for the islands in the next few days.
