§ The Prime MinisterI refer the hon. Member in particular to those parts of the Gracious Speech about the priority which the Government give to further reductions in the rate of inflation, the need to use the benefits of North Sea oil to achieve a lasting improvement in our industrial performance and the Government's intention to continue to urge that the stronger economies should take the lead in promoting a sustained growth in the world.
