§ Mr. Cowansasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will list by name firms which, although their headquarters are outside the Northern Region, have subsidiaries operating within that region, who have received Government grants from his Department over the last 10 years; how much grant was received; in which year it was received; and how many of these firms are still currently operating within the region.
