§ 35. Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Trade what progress he has made in implementing the proposals of the Central Policy Review Staff report for export assistance to the power plant manufacturing industry.
§ Mr. Meacher :The CPRS report recommended that additional assistance to exports should be conditioned on achieving restructuring of the industry—which remains the Government's objective. The Government will continue to provide all possible assistance to the industry in their efforts to secure export orders.
