§ Mr. O'Halloranasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations have been made to him by the area health authority concerning its lack of sufficient funds for the repair of the main passenger lift at the Royal Northern Hospital, Holloway Road, London, N.7, which has been out of service for several months and has caused inconvenience to patients, staff and visitors.
