§ Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is satisfied that the anonymity of defendants accused of rape offences has been properly preserved in accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1976 before trial and after trial where the trial has resulted in acquittal.
