§ Mr. HoramThe Health and Saftey Commission has recently published formal proposals for a mandatory code of marking for road tankers carrying dangerous substances. These are consistent with international marking requirements. Regulations will be made later this year

I know of no other country where a voluntary wearing significantly higher than 30 per cent. has been achieved, except where compulsion was imminent.
