§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will introduce amending legislation seeking to reduce patronage in the appointment of members to Health and Education Boards and to make these boards more democratic.
§ Mr. CarterI have at present no plans to amend the legislation relating to the selection of persons for appointment as members of health and social services boards or of education and library boards.
