§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe Sheffield District Council has submitted to my right hon. Friend its application for planning permission for residential development at High Storrs and The Roughs as a substantial departure from the development plan. My right hon. Friend has informed the Council that he proposes to decide the application himself, and directed the Council to send him all relevant documents. A public local inquiry will be held.
