§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for Trade why his department is delaying payment due to Mr. J. Chip-man of Kingstanding, Birmingham, in respect of money due under the insolvency provisions of the Employment Protection Act following receipt of authorisation to pay.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisMr. J. Chipman's claim in respect of his former employment by Haynes Engineering Company 601W Limited falls to be paid by Mr. F. G. Davie, chartered accountant, who is the liquidator of the company appointed by the court. I understand from the liquidator that the claim was paid on 18th May 1977.
