What is the estimated total cost to public funds of the Oxfuird Peerage Case, specifying separately the cost of the time spent by the four Law Lords, the English Law officers, the Lord Advocate and his junior, the reproduction and circulation of legal documents, the reporting of the proceedings and the official attending the hearing.

The Law Lords, the English Law Officers, the Lord Advocate and the Treasury Solicitor and their respective staffs carried out part of the normal duties of their respective offices and received no fee or additional fee. Payments to junior counsel to the Crown borne on public funds are estimated at £500 plus VAT. The cost of shorthand writing was £580. The cost of printing and publishing the proceedings is estimated at £5,070.
