§ Mr. Clinton DavisNo approach has been made to my Department for permission to buy Boeing 737 aircraft. After 1st July 1977, in accordance with the harmonisation of the common customs tariff within the EEC, no duty would be payable on an aircraft like the Boeing 737 which weighs over 15,000 kilogrammes.
