surveillance licensing on iron and steel imports will cover tool steels, high speed steels and stainless steel bars; and, if not, if he will extend it to cover these categories.
§ Mr. MeacherThe surveillance licensing arrangements announced on 17th May include bars and rods of stainless, high 455W speed and other alloy steels which are not further worked than hot-rolled or extruded. The possibility of extending this coverage to certain other steel products where surveillance statistics might be helpful is about to be examined in conjunction with the EEC Commission.
