§ Mr. Guy BarnettMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State's decision on the future of the remaining unreclaimed area of Seal Sands will be incorporated in the notice of approval and final modifications to the Teesside Structure Plan. He is still considering a number of matters in connection with the structure plan, in particular the objections and representations received following the publication of the proposed modifications to the plan. It is now hopepd that the notice of approval to the structure plan can be issued by late summer.
