§ Mr. WellbelovedThe Armed Services are continuing to meet our reduced fuel consumption targets. Fuel efficiency committees have been established at all appropriate levels to co-ordinate action to avoid waste. A capital investment programme in energy saving projects has been initiated by the Property Services Agency and will be continued as fast as available resources permit.
