§ Mr. John MorrisThe Agency published its statement of policies and programmes earlier this year. I have recently approved programmes totalling some £20 million for factory building, land reclamation and environmental improvement. The Agency is also increasingly active in the field of industrial investment.
20. Mr. Tom Ellisasked the Secretary of State for Wales why he has authorised the Welsh Development Agency to embark on a further programme of factory building.
