§ Mr. MeacherECGD cover for exports to Libya is available against the Department's normal commercial underwriting criteria, having regard to past experience and future prospects. The larger projects are considered case by case in the light of the security for payment. It is understood that other EEC credit insurers also adopt a broadly similar approach.
