§ 34. Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will now unilaterally declare that Her Majesty's Government intend to establish a 50–mile exclusive fishing zone for the United Kingdom, in view of the overwhelming support for such a declaration on all sides of the House.
§ Mr. BishopI believe that it is in the best interests of the fishing industry and consumers to press for a negotiated settlement of the Community's fisheries problems.
