§ Mr. TomlinsonSir Kenneth Berrill will send his report to the printers shortly. It covers all aspects of Britain's overseas representation. My right hon. Friend intends to publish as much of the report as possible and to do so as soon as he can. But he cannot decide this until he has studied the report.
